I’m sensitive to strong smells and chemical-type products, so I was a little hesitant to order from freshwaveworks.com. Thankfully, it ended up being fine for me. It didn’t have that heavy perfume smell, and I didn’t get a headache like I sometimes do with other products. Shipping was okay, not exactly fast, but I think part of that was just bad timing with when I placed the order. I took off one star because I do wish the product details were a bit clearer before buying.

The order was mostly right, so no big deal there. Just one item was a little off from what I expected, but overall it was close enough and everything else was fine.

Not gonna lie, I was hoping this would take care of the smell, but it didn’t really work for me. It seemed okay at first, then the odor came back quickly

I tried using the site but it was kind of frustrating. I couldn’t find the thing I needed, and the layout didn’t make it easy. After clicking around for a while, I just got annoyed and gave up.

I figured the return would be straightforward, since most places usually follow the same routine, but this ended up being a headache. Support took a few days to get back to me, and then they kept asking for details I’d already sent. At this point I’m still waiting on my refund and don’t really know what’s going on. Based on this experience, I probably wouldn’t order from them again...

The sizing options were limited. I mean, you’d think having a few more common sizes available would be standard, but other than that it was fine...

I tried Fresh Wave Works after noticing a slow leak around one of the fittings, and I’m grateful it helped calm the situation down. It wasn’t an instant fix in five minutes or anything, but when I checked it the next day, the leak was definitely much better.
The setup was simple, and the instructions were clear enough to follow without much trouble. I did still have to tighten one part myself, so it wasn’t completely hands-off, but it still made the whole thing less stressful.

I’m giving it 4 stars because it helped keep the leak from getting worse and saved me a lot of worry. I’d use it again for sure, though I do wish the shipping had been a little faster.

It felt way too expensive for what I actually got, and I don’t think I’d buy it again

I’ve tried a few Freshwaveworks products now, and I like that they’re not just for one specific spot. I’ve used them in the kitchen, near shoes, and around the pet area, and they’ve worked well in each place. The scent is "light" and not overpowering, which I really appreciate. It did take me a little while to figure out which product worked best for each situation, so I’d give it 4 stars, but overall I’m happy with them.

I really wanted to like this, especially because I’d been looking for something like it for a while and had already cleared off a spot for it in the laundry room. But after reading through the safety info, I just didn’t feel totally confident using it around my cat. She gets into everything, especially when I’m not looking, so vague warnings make me nervous. I ended up stopping use because I’d rather be overly cautious than worry about whether it’s actually safe for her.

I tried Fresh Wave mostly because it looked like they care more about natural ingredients, which I like. I’m not really into the strong chemical kind of products, they just make me feel weird about using them.

Overall it was okay and I did not hate it or anything. For the price, some of it felt kind of simple maybe, like I expected a little more. Still fine, just not a thing I am overly excited to buy again...

They explained things clearly enough, but I did feel like I had to repeat the same point more than once, and that got a little annoying. It wasn’t a huge problem, just kind of frustrating to keep saying the same thing. Still, they didn’t leave me waiting around forever, and overall the service was good.

I really wanted this to work out, but wow, it was such a frustrating experience from start to finish. Everything felt confusing, and after wasting my time trying to figure it out, I just didn’t feel like it was worth the effort at all. I definitely wouldn’t use freshwaveworks.com again.

I was relieved that the discount info was easy to understand and I didn’t have to dig around forever to find it. The promo popped up before checkout and applied without any drama, which made me happy. I did get a little annoyed that the expiry dates weren’t more obvious, though. Still, it wasn’t a big deal overall, and the whole process worked fine for me.

It gives a nice mist most of the time, well, actually, not every time. Sometimes the spray comes out a little uneven, but overall it still works good for what I need

I was all set to place an order, had the item picked out and everything, but then I got to the shipping cost and kind of just stopped. It was almost the same price as the actual item, which didn’t really make sense to me. I’m fine with paying for shipping, like I get that it costs money to send stuff, but this just felt way too high. I sat there debating it for a minute and then ended up closing out without buying anything. Disappointing, honestly

I’ve ordered from Fresh Wave twice now, the delivery was reliable. Both times it showed up on the exact day they said it would, which I appreciate because I’ve had plenty of orders from other places show up late, get stuck in tracking, or randomly arrive when I’m not home. One of the boxes was a little dented on the corner, kind of like it had been bumped around in the truck or stacked under something, but everything inside was totally fine. Nothing was broken, leaking, missing, or weirdly packaged. Overall, it was a smooth experience. I’d order from them again, especially if I needed something on a specific day or just didn’t want to deal with delivery surprises.

I signed up thinking it would be simple to manage, but trying to cancel the subscription ended up being a hassle. It wasn’t very clear where to go or what steps I needed to take, and I felt like I had to click around way too much just to figure it out. I get that companies don’t want people canceling, but if I’m paying for something monthly, it should be easy to stop it when I need to.

The scent was a bit much for me. It’s not even about it smelling bad or anything, I just personally prefer something more subtle.
